Arsenic removal technology Clear Cycle (patent)

This is a patented treatment system that stably removes arsenic-containing problematic water in a space-saving and low-cost manner.

The Clear Cycle is a treatment system that efficiently removes arsenic contained in leachate, groundwater, and industrial wastewater. Unlike conventional methods, it can stably treat water with high concentrations of arsenic. The system configuration is simple, and the chemicals used are minimized, allowing for space-saving and low-cost operation.

Proposal for the removal of arsenic contained in leachate around abandoned mine sites.

We would like to introduce a case where arsenic was efficiently removed using our technology, the "Clear Cycle (patented)" treatment system, which removes arsenic with high efficiency.

We solved the problem of arsenic contained in leachate around the abandoned mine site using our technology "Clear Cycle (patented)." Site: Around the abandoned mine Situation: Removal of arsenic from leachate around the abandoned mine Before treatment arsenic concentration: 10-20 mg/L Leachate volume: 4-5 m³/day Treatment target: Below 0.01 mg/L (environmental standard value) ↓ [Proposal] We adopted the treatment system "Clear Cycle" to efficiently remove arsenic contained in leachate, groundwater, and factory wastewater. We collected data for about two months and summarized the results. [Results] ■ Arsenic concentration in treated water We were able to operate continuously for nearly two months without backwashing. However, due to clogging of the filter cloth, the arsenic concentration in the treated water increased after May 21. Nevertheless, it recovered well with a few minutes of backwashing operation. ◎ Are you having trouble with arsenic removal?
